1.1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the use of the e-sign24 electronic signing service (hereinafter — "Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
1.2. Services
The Service provides users with the ability to create, sign, and store electronic documents in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and international standards.
1.3. Registration and Account
To use the Service, the user must provide accurate information during registration. The user is responsible for the security of their account credentials.
1.4. Payment
Service fees are provided on a prepayment or postpayment basis, if specified in the tariff. Payments are made through secure payment gateways (WayForPay, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
1.5. Refunds
Refund terms are set out in a separate Refund Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
1.6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is not responsible for:
- interruptions in the operation of internet providers, hosting platforms, or third-party payment systems;
- loss of account access due to user fault;
- use of the Service in violation of the law.
1.7. Changes to the Terms
The Service reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. The updated version is published on the website and takes effect upon publication.

2. Refund Policy
2.1. General Provisions
We strive to provide the highest quality of our services. If the service was not provided or was provided with errors on our part, we guarantee a refund.
2.2. Refund Conditions
Refunds are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of payment if the service was not actually provided (the document was not signed).
In the event of a technical failure on the part of the Service that prevented service provision, the payment will be fully refunded.
If the user has used part of the service package (e.g., some signatures), the refund is proportional to the unused portion.
2.3. Refund Procedure
The user sends a request to billing@e-sign24.com indicating the transaction number and reason for the refund.
Refunds are made by the same method of payment within 5–10 business days.
2.4. Exceptions
No refund is provided if the service was fully delivered.
No refund is provided in case of the user violating the Terms of Use of the Service.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1. Data Collection
We collect only the minimally necessary data: name, email, phone number, IP address, payment information (without storing card data).
3.2. Data Usage
Data is used exclusively for:
- providing the Service;
- issuing invoices and confirming payments;
- technical support and security.
3.3. Data Protection
All data is protected with SSL/TLS encryption, stored on secure servers in the EU, and is not shared with third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.
3.4. User Rights
The user has the right to request deletion of their data or restriction of its use by sending a request to legal@e-sign24.com.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
The Service must not be used for:
- signing illegal documents;
- fraudulent activities, spam, phishing;
- transmitting malicious files or viruses.
Violations will result in account blocking without refund.
5. Dispute Resolution Policy
We aim to resolve all disputes through negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent court at the location of the individual entrepreneur (Vyshhorod, Kyiv region, Ukraine).
