🔎 View documents without registration

The service allows you to open documents via a public link — anyone with the link can view the document in a browser without creating an account or logging in. This is convenient for reviewing the content before signing or checking.

🖋 What registered users can do

After a quick registration, users get access to extended functionality: the ability to sign documents using QES/eSignature, view a detailed list of signatories for each document, and download signed documents along with the official signing log.

📩 How to become an initiator

Any registered user can apply for the role of document initiator. To do this, the user must verify their email address. Once verified, they can create documents for signing and manage the signing process.

📤 Initiator capabilities

The initiator has full control over the signing process: uploads documents or document packages, generates unique personalized signing links, monitors the status of each signer in real-time, and can pause or stop the signing process at any time. After completion, the initiator receives a full archive with signed documents and a signatory log.
